Photo: Fish Species Face "Double Jeopardy" Due to Overharvesting, Study Says

A new study suggests that commercial fisheries should stop targeting larger, older fish. Letting more of the mature individuals get away, the authors say, may help prevent harvested populations from swinging dangerously through cycles of boom and bust.
