Photo: Egypt Monuments Endangered by Muslim Ruling?



Over 4,000 years old, the Great Sphinx at Giza, Egypt, may be endangered by more than erosion.

Egypt's top Islamic authority recently condemned the display of statues in households. The ruling could encourage attacks on the country's ancient sculptures, critics say.
