Photo: Baby Rats Born From Mice



Rat sperm grown in mouse testicles can create healthy rat offspring, such as those seen here in green, scientists recently reported. The baby rats are glowing because of the presence of green fluorescent protein, which scientists routinely use to track the expression of genes.
