Photo: Tibet's "Movie Star" Antelope Slowly Rebounding, Expedition Finds



Rare Tibetan antelope, or chiru, stand amid the barren plains of the remote Chang Tang region in Tibet.

A recent expedition to the Chang Tang counted 9,000 chiru—a number that suggests the antelope are slowly rebounding.
