Photo: World's Forests Rebounding, Study Suggests



Tree plantations in Bashang, China, grow stands of larch and pine. A new study finds that forests are rebounding in many parts of the world, including China, where reforestation efforts have contributed to a 116-million-acre (47-million-hectare) increase in forest area since the 1970s.
