Photo: Global Warming Already Causing Extinctions, Scientists Say



A mother polar bear tends to her cub in Canada. Polar bears there are dwindling in number and size because the ice they normally feed from is melting as global temperatures rise.

According to new research, the bears are just one of many species already threatened by extinction from global warming.
