Photo: Too Much Sunshine Spurs Suicides in Arctic, Study Says



Cheerily painted houses brighten a rocky coast in Ilulissat, Greenland, in an undated photo. The incessantly bright summers in the northern regions of the largely Arctic island may be the reason suicides spike in summer on Greenland, a May 2009 study says.
