Both Shakespeare’s Sonnet #130 & Sting's "Sister Moon"' got it right — "There's Nothing Like the Sun".

The sun is the most familiar object in the sky, yet we know so little of its mysteries. Most of us take our G2V star for granted, but we do so at our peril.

If you would like to learn more about solar storms & their unpredictable nature please see the multimedia essays I produce for them along with a series of Aurora Borealis photos at:

The amazing formation and beauty of this deep space object attracts me to do a work of it in my earth natural minerals art Google (mineral art by Scott)  I did Hal-Bop in natural minerals which gave me an out standing representation of the Comet.  Had to fill the pores of the black mat with dust particles of the color in order to make them become visible. Can not wait till ISON becomes closer and I'll be able to spend countless hours viewing natures wonders.

I was a child when we first walked on the moon.  I now worry I will be dying just as we land on Mars and beyond.

Photos like this enable me to dream of other worlds, other beings.  Surely they must be out there. Surely.
