Mumbai (Bombay), India, May 20, 2009--Rubina Ali (center), who played the younger version of the lead female character in the U.S. $200-million-grossing movie Slumdog Millionaire, watches as Western Railway authorities demolish her plastic-and-bamboo home on the state-owned company's property.

Earlier this month the home of her co-star Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail, who played a younger version of the movie's hero, was also demolished by government officials.

The Slumdog filmmakers have established funds for the child actors' schooling and deny they exploited the children, the BBC reports.
