March 12, 2009--The Saturn moon Prometheus is seen after plowing through the planet's F ring in a visible-light image taken by the Cassini spacecraft, which was about 590,000 miles (950,000 kilometers) away at the time.

The 53-mile-wide (86-kilometer-wide) moon periodically draws out streamers of material from the ring.
