February 20, 2009--A small striped swordtail butterfly was among a panoply of animals and plants recorded during a fall 2008 expedition to Mount Mabu in northern Mozambique.

Scientists also discovered three new species of butterfly, an emperor swallowtail, Swynnerton's robin, a rare orchid, and a new snake species.
