Manila, Philippines, October 26, 2008--Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum! A bag of doggie treats may be better booty for Mondex the Chihuahua, who strutted his stuff.

Mondex captured the creative costume award during a highly contested Halloween dog show.

But this salty sea dog wasn't the only winner. The event raised money for a Philippines animal welfare organization.
