North Little Rock, Arkansas, April 4, 2008Overturned airplanes and a destroyed hangar at the North Little Rock Municipal Airport add to the damage inflicted by a tornado on April 3. (Read full story.)

The Arkansas capital region saw power lines and trees fall, though no deaths were reported. The twister is the latest of the state's weather woes stretching back over the past two months, including a storm that killed 13, a 12-inch (31-centimeter) snowfall, and near record flooding.
