The eight lane steel and concrete bridge, which was undergoing repair collapsed on August 1—sending at least 50 vehicles into the river.
Five people have been reported dead, and at least 79 were injured in the collapse.
A federal inspection had declared the 40-year-old bridge "structurally deficient".
