Ba'qubah, Iraq

An Iraqi woman rushes her wounded child to a hospital on November 25 in the city of Ba'qubah, northeast of Baghdad. At 1,850, the November Iraqi civilian death toll was 44 percent higher than that of October, the Iraqi Interior Ministry said on December 1.
