        "transcript": "<p>Deep in the Andean cloud forest, 8 new animal species are discovered</p><p>I'm Lucie McNeil and this is National Geographic On Assignment---your link to thousands of Nat Geo Explorers around the globe.</p><p>Today, we're going to Eastern Peru.</p><p>National Geographic's Edgar Leyr had been conducting the first-ever survey of the PuiPui Forest in Eastern Peru, trying to find out the health and status of the amphibians and reptiles there.</p><p>Around 9pm one night, Edgar and his team stumbled onto something amazing....</p><p>SOUNDBITE: EDGAR LEYR:\u00a0<em>We just discovered a new species of frog, of the genus Pristamantis.... this frog was sitting on a fern leaf, approximately one meter, 30 above the ground.</em></p><p>The team went on to discover 7 more new frogs and a lizard.</p><p>That's National Geographic On Assignment---your link to our Explorers.</p>",
