Cesar Millan, star of the Emmy-nominated Dog Whisperer, talks to a client about her miniature pinschers during an episode of the National Geographic Channel TV series.

In our interview Millan takes on detractors who say his methods are cruel and old-fashioned, instead saying his techniques are based on "instinctual" dog behaviors.
