Photo: "Missing Link" Human Skull Found in Africa, Scientists Say

Asahmed Humet, a local Afar tribesman, holds the fossil he uncovered in Ethiopia as part of the Gona Paleoanthropological Research Project. The skull is being hailed as a possible missing link between early and modern humans.
