Compared with skulls of brainy humans (left), dinosaurs were airheads, a new study says.

Tyrannosaurus rex's skull (top) was filled with empty cavities, while the armored dinosaur Euoplocephalus (right) had a nasal passage that looked like a "crazy straw," experts said in December 2008.
