Photo: Dinosaurs Had Supercharged Breathing Like Birds



Velociraptors (such as the one depicted by the model above) and some other dinosaurs had similar respiratory systems to those of modern-day diving birds, a new study says. Air sacs along the dinosaurs' spines would have helped make the animals speedy predators, the researchers add.
