Photo: Birth Control for Kangaroos: Scientists' Population Control Plan



A grey kangaroo feeds on wattle flowers in south Australia. The growing population of such kangaroos is creating a major safety issue in Canberra, the country's capital. So scientists have proposed a plan to feed contraceptives to the animals as a nonlethal way to control their population.
