Photo: Cosmic Dust Could Form Inorganic Life, Study Suggests



A nebula in the constellation Orion shows starlight being reflected off a mass of interstellar dust and gas. A new study suggests that under certain conditions cosmic dust and plasma can organize into stable, helical-shaped structures that resemble inorganic life-forms.
