A forest raven feeds on a Tasmanian devil killed on a road in Tasmania, Australia.

Satellite technology unveiled in March 2009 can now warn Australian drivers to slow down in roadkill-prone areas, in a bid to stem the deaths of some 300,000 wild animals a year on the island.
