Photo: Solar System Is Bent, Spacecraft Info Shows

This image from NASA illustrates "termination shock," a region of space near the edge of the solar system.

When spacecraft Voyager 2 recently became the second probe to reach termination shock, it returned information indicating that the solar system is bent, scientists reported this week.
