Photo: Mars's Peroxide Snow Would Kill Any Surface Life



A dust devil spins across the Martian surface in an image captured by NASA's Spirit rover. These tornadolike phenomena may help create a hydrogen peroxode snow that would make life on the red planet's surface impossible, scientists say.
