Photo: Blind Cavefish Can Produce Sighted Offspring



Blind cavefish, like the one seen here, can produce sighted offspring in just a single generation, a new study reveals.

The results show that different populations of the fish lost their sight in different ways but retained most of their visual systems, experts say.
