Photo: Lack of Toilets Harming Health of Billions, UN Report Says

A new UN report points out that nearly half of the world's population lack adequate bathroom facilities, putting their health at severe risk. UN officials hope the report will raise awareness of the oft-taboo issue and drum up the monetary and political support to start bringing better sanitation and cleaner water to millions.
