Photo: Canada's Huge New Preserve Protects Rare "Spirit Bears"

The new nature preserve will encompass 15.5 million acres (6.3 million hectares) of the Canadian province's Pacific coast, 4.4 million acres (1.8 million hectares) of which will be completely off limits to loggers.
