Photo: U.S. Forgives Multimillion-Dollar Debt to Aid Guatemala Forests

The big cats are among the many species expected to benefit from funds freed up for conservation by the United States' decision to forgive 24 million dollars owed by Guatemala. In exchange, the Central American country is to protect tropical forests.
