Photo: Chilean Sea Bass: Back in Stores But Still in Trouble



Chilean sea bass, which became a popular fish dish in the U.S. in the 1990s, is being loved to death by overfishing, experts say. A grocery chain with stores on both sides of the Atlantic recently started selling sustainably fished Chilean sea bass, but conservationists worry that this may send the wrong message to consumers.
