Photo: Early Birds, Night Owls: Blame Your Genes



Mornings can be hard for night owls—and the "alarm clocks" in our skin cells might be part of the reason, a new study says.

Researchers found that preferences for when people wake and go to sleep is encoded in their genes and the molecules of skin cells.
