Photo: Tagged Tuna Reveal Migration Secrets



Researchers have speculated that bluefin tuna foraging in the Atlantic Ocean split into two different groups to breed in the Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean.

Now two studies using satellite tags on tuna are offering proof of this theory as well as data about how ocean temperatures can affect breeding.
