Photo: Stonehenge Didn't Stand Alone, Excavations Show



Archaeologists surveying the land around Stonehenge have found evidence for at least two other stone monuments, including one that once stood at this site at Bulford, England, near the River Avon.

The finds hint that Stonehenge was just the central piece in an elaborate network of stone monuments, scientists say.
