Photo: Bird With "Human" Eyes Knows What You're Looking At



Jackdaw eyes, like those of humans, are unusually conspicuous, with dark pupils surrounded by silvery white irises.

An April 2009 study suggests that the highly social birds use their eyes to communicate in a similar fashion as humans.
