Tajik National Park is NOT Tajikistan's first world heritage site.  Too bad you forgot about the Proto-urban Site of Sarazm, inscribed in 2010. http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1141

@Joe Scarangella The Proto-urban site of Sarazm is indeed a World Heritage site, but it's a cultural site. Tajik National Park is the country's first natural World Heritage site.
