Beichuan, Sichuan Province, China, May 11, 2009--A Chinese woman grieves in Beichuan, which is located at the epicenter of the May 12, 2008, earthquake.

The town of Beichuan--20,000-people strong before the earthquake--was emptied and declared too dangerous to inhabit by the Chinese government.

Instead, Beichuan will be made into a memorial park.
