Flooded with a muddy slurry set in motion by hot ashfall from Redoubt Volcano the night of March 22-23, 2009, Alaska's Drift River overflows on March 23.

Flash flood warnings have been issued for the river, and Chevron's Drift River Oil Terminal was shut down March 23.
