Belfast, Ireland, February 23, 2009--Forget Mardi Gras. Belfast is already prepping for St. Patrick's Day.

Performing arts group the Beat Initiative (including two members seen above) are organizing a vast parade, which will draw hundreds of participants from all over the city. With the theme "Legends, Myths, and Stories," the carnival is expected to include elaborate floats.
