West Java, Indonesia, February 13, 2009--There is something fishy going on in the Jatiluhur Reservoir, where workers raise carp and Nile tilapia.

Hundreds of thousands of fish turned belly up in a breeding pond due to low levels of oxygen in the water--a result of sudden weather changes, according to officials.

The pond stocks, originally meant for human consumption, will now be sold as fish food.
