Beijing, China, September 8, 2008--World-class competition continues in the "Bird's Nest" stadium as the Czech Republic's Josef Stiak hurls the discus in the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.

Some 4,000 athletes, representing 150 countries, competed in the games. Their athletic achievements inspired China's Olympic motto "Two Olympics, equal splendor."
