September 5,2008--Tiny meteoroid impacts probably create the debris arc seen along some 5.5 percent of the orbital path of Saturn's moon Anthe.

In this July 3 Cassini-orbiter image, most of the arc lies ahead of the small, moving moonbut Anthe drifts back and forth within the arc over time.

Anthe's arc is faint. It appears bright in this image because of a 32-second camera exposure, which also produced the star trails visible in the background.
