London, England, September 10, 2008--A group of choristers gather for their first day at the Westminster Abbey Choir School. The eight-year-old boys will eventually sing daily, up to age 14, at the famous English church.

Choristers board at the school, where academics, sports, and other activities are arranged around their various singing commitments. All students also learn to play the piano and at least one orchestral instrument.
