Borkhov, Belarus, April 18, 2008A camp of Belarusan rescuers about 199 miles (340 kilometers) from the capital, Minsk, is seen in a time exposure.

About 110 professional and amateur rescuers met in the forest as part of an annual competition, "School of Survival," which allows them to practice safety and evacuation measures.
