Snowstorms Paralyze China

Chinese state media are forecasting more heavy snow in the Wuhan area this Friday, when a cold front is expected to arrive from the south.

The Yangtze is also suffering from it lowest water levels since record-keeping began in 1866, according to the Agence France-Presse news service.
