Kingston, Jamaica, August 19, 2007—A photojournalist fights the wind to approach a waterfront boulevard in downtown Kingston as Hurricane Dean passes over Jamaica.

Then a Category 4 hurricane, Dean battered the southern coast of the Caribbean Island, flooding its capital and littering streets with trees and roofs, the news agency Reuters said.
