An aerial view shows bluefin tuna being towed inside a floating tank from Libya to Sicily, Italy.

Each cage contains approximately 250 tuna and is towed at around 1.2 miles (1.8 kilometers) an hour.

Once in Italy, the tuna are held in "ranches" to be fattened before they are sold.
