Video updated April 13, 2007—Watch this un-narrated video and see what it's like to stand 4,000 feet (1,220 meters) above the Grand Canyon's floor with only a few inches of glass separating you from oblivion.

The Skywalk has a $25 admission fee, up to half of which will be collected by California businessman David Jin for the next 25 years. The Hualapai Indian tribe, whose reservation is home to the attraction, owns the Arizona structure.

For more on the Skywalk and the controversy surrounding it, see "Grand Canyon's Glass Walkway to Open Next March" (December 15, 2006).
