Video: Rattlesnake Roundup Shakes Up Controversy in Texas

August 3, 2006—Who has the best recipe for deep-fried rattlesnake? That's one of the questions posed each spring in Sweetwater, Texas, during the U.S.'s largest annual rattlesnake roundup. Hunters gather up to 20,000 western diamondbacks, which are then milked for their venom before being skinned and sliced for an unusual cook-off.
