On Martyrs' Day in Lebanon in 2005, Hezbollah recruits pledge their lives to the battle against Israel.

Inspired and originally backed by Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini, Hezbollahwhich translates to "party of God"bombed and kidnapped its way onto the United States' list of terrorist organizations. But its members also build hospitals and schools and hold seats in the Lebanese parliament.
