In this year's overall winner a malnourished one-year-old boy presses his mother's lips at an emergency feeding clinic in Tahoua, Niger, in Africa. Locusts and one of Niger's worst droughts in decades destroyed much of last October's crop, leaving an estimated 3.6 million people short of food.
